A: In general, the RVP Team software requires a Windows Operating System (Recommend Windows 10, 8 or 7); RVP Teammate requires internet access only (Recommend Google Chrome or Safari browsers). RVP can work with just about any camera; the camera and computer situation will depend on how quickly you want access to the videos that you’ll be recording.

A: RVP can work with just about any camcorder! From Network PTZ, Dome and Fixed camera options, GoPro/SD Card/Hard Drive/USB camcorder options to iPhone/Android or even Analog camera options...RVP is compatible with all! Long story short, the camera and computer situation will depend on how quickly you want access to the videos that you’ll be recording.

A: We highly recommend a camcorder that can shoot at 60p FPS, with Manual Shutter/Exposure, and a good sensor to adjust to lower lighting conditions. For live capture we recommend Network (IP) camcorders and for post event capture the options are endless!

A: Yes. Just make sure you change your record settings to 60 FPS, position your device in Landscape mode (not Portrait) and give yourself the best lighting possible.

A: Yes! We have a detailed Video Help File to teach you everything you need to know about the RVP Team software and RVP Teammate browser app. Please visit our 'Downloads' page for Video Help Files: http://www.rvpteam.com/downloads or our 'User Manuals' page for quick written guides: http://www.rvpteam.com/user-manuals.

A: Technically, no. RVP is a Windows OS software; however, if your MAC can support Windows via partition, you can install RVP on Windows on your MAC. Search online for MAC/Bootcamp/Paralells for example.
