Misti Guenther

Executive Director

Misti Guenther joined the RightView Pro team after a successful career path in both the coaching and corporate world. A graduate of the University of Nebraska and four year letter winner for the Husker Softball team, Misti joined the Husker coaching staff upon completing her eligibility. Soon after, Guenther’s passion for hitting took her back to the batting cage to work with the Husker hitters over the next 5 years. In her final season, the Huskers had one of their best seasons to date, winning a Big 12 and Regional Championship, a 5th place finish in the WCWS and led the country in many offensive categories including homeruns.  After a brief stint as Assistant Coach at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Guenther moved to California to realize her dream of one day running her own business.

Over the next 7 years, Guenther quickly worked her way up the ranks as a manager and area manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. She oversaw all rental transactions for the cities of Newport Beach and Laguna Beach in Southern California; managing over a 1000 cars, 100 million dollars in inventory and 50 employees. Her territory ranked among the biggest and most profitable in the country, while sustaining excellence in customer service. 

Today Guenther is the Executive Director of RightView Pro, in charge of the day to day operations, sales, marketing and public relations.  Under her guidance, RightView Pro has expanded to become an industry leader in instructional content, technology and hardware specific to both baseball and softball.

 Misti currently resides in Redondo Beach, CA.
